China Blocks Youtube, likely due to Video of Police Beating in Tibet

As many of you in China already know, Youtube has been blocked again. This video, which Chinese authorities claim as fake, is likely the cause:

What do you guys think? Does this look fake too you? While I'm suspicious about many things in China being fake, this looks pretty real to me.
