China's view of Evolution

Here's an interesting picture found on a Chinese website. While the origin of the photo is unclear, there's been a discussion on Chinese internet forums that is more than a little disturbing. The point in question has to do with Africa (see below) and the fact that whoever created this image seems to think that African's have not evolved past the ape-stage.

Having been an insolated society for so long, it's not surprising that China has more than a few racist tendencies. China is many things, but it's no melting pot. I remember hearing a story about a Chinese student being asked if there was racism in China.
